April 2019 Programs

April 5, 2019– Nancy Runningen, President-Elect, and Ashley Dress, President-Elect nominee, reported on PETS conference.  We need to address the root cause of membership loss.  It may require creating a new model for clubs.  We need to emphasize family.  The president needs support from members so the role of president isn’t overwhelming.

Rotary theme:  Rotary Connects the World

Some things Nancy will stress in 2019-2020 : importance of connection with other clubs, have a membership chair, use of social media, and have fun.

They distributed the Rotary Healthy Club Check for members to complete.  They will report the findings at the end of the month.
